Dr. Atharva Satish Chintawar is a Junior Consultant in the Department of Nephrology at KEM Hospital, Pune, committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for patients with kidney-related conditions. With advanced training in interventional nephrology and dialysis access management, Dr. Chintawar brings a modern, evidence-based approach to the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic kidney disease.

Having completed rigorous training including an M.D. in General Medicine and a D.M. in Nephrology, along with a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Interventional Nephrology, Dr. Chintawar is equipped to manage complex renal cases — from routine consultations to renal transplant and advanced dialysis access procedures. As a GlomCon Fellow and certified in Peritoneal Dialysis, the focus remains on delivering well-rounded, patient-centered nephrology care across Interventional Nephrology, Renal Transplant, Glomerular Diseases, Extracorporeal Therapies, and Peritoneal Dialysis.
